Anna and Josh’s colorful boho wedding was such a gorgeous event! It was a laid-back, carefree day and the couple focused on what really mattered to them – celebrating their love and spending time with their friends and family.
Colorful Boho Wedding Looks
The couple embraced the colorful boho theme throughout the day. The bride, Anna, is a wedding florist, so flowers played a big part in the day. Anna wore a tiered lace gown that matched the vibe of the venue perfectly. She wore a colorful floral half wreath in her hair and had flowers tied throughout that added pops of color. Josh wore a white shirt with rust colored pants, suspenders, and a bolo tie which was the perfect look for their colorful boho wedding. The wedding party wore the same look as Josh or dresses in various shades of orange and yellow. The mix of colors looked incredible paired with the vibrant bouquets filled with pink, purple, yellow, and orange flowers.
Flower-Filled Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony was held outdoors at a beautiful private residence. The couple exchanged vows under a tree branch outfitted with the most beautiful floral installation. The installation had yellow and orange roses, black-eyed Susans, purple snapdragons and a ton of other stunning flowers. There was also a floral garland that hung down behind the couple which moved beautifully in the wind. For her vows, Anna created a bouquet for Josh by individually handing him each flower and describing what that flower represented in their relationship. It was such a special moment! As they exited the ceremony, Anna twirled Josh down the aisle which was one of my favorite things ever!
Outdoor Boho Reception
After the ceremony, the couple snuck away to take pictures with the bride’s VW bug. It was Anna’s car growing up and she drove it all through high school, so it was so special getting to capture the newlyweds in a car that meant so much to her. The reception was held in a tent on the lawn of the private residence. The tables were covered in the most beautiful boho floral arrangements. Each table had different flowers in eclectic vases with yellow and orange taper candles mixed in. The space was perfect for a party. The couple enjoyed dancing the night away with their family and friends. It was the best way to end this colorful boho wedding!
