Katie and Andrew’s Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding was a beautiful day with timeless details. I’ve had the chance to shoot a wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club before, so I knew it was going to be a gorgeous event!

Sentimental Details from the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Wedding

Some of my favorite moments of the day were captured in the detail shots. Katie and Andrew used the ring boxes from both of their parents’ weddings to hold their rings. It was special getting to see the rings in the same spots that their parents’ rings were years ago. We used some pearl details from Katie’s mom’s wedding dress in the photos which added a sentimental touch. Katie also tied some of the pearls to her bouquet as a sweet nod to her mom.

Katie wore a stunning fit and flare dress covered in modern floral lace. The top of the dress was beautiful with off the shoulder sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. To complement her dress, Katie’s bouquet was full of timeless white roses and pops of greenery. The bridesmaids looked beautiful in pale purple chiffon dresses and they carried bouquets of white flowers to match Katie’s. Andrew and the groomsmen looked dapper in pale blue suits which reflected the coastal vibes of the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding.

Bayfront Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Guests were welcomed to the ceremony by a statement white welcome sign framed by lush greenery. The couple had a beautiful ceremony in front of floor to ceiling windows that let in a ton of natural light. It was so special getting to see them exchange vows in front of the people that meant the most to them!

The reception space at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is a beautiful room with dark wood floors, high ceilings, and windows that have stunning views of the water. Katie and Andrew chose white flowers along with touches of greenery on the tables and in the chandeliers that made the whole space feel so timeless and elegant. Paired with classic white linens and dark wood chairs, the whole space felt so welcoming and looked absolutely stunning!

The couple had a beautiful first dance, then it was time to get the party started! It was so fun getting to capture all the guests tearing up the dance floor. Congrats Katie and Andrew!
