I have been following Kennedy & JD for years! Their relationship is one to admire as they grow with each other through their faith and are two of the absolute sweetest people you could ever hope to know! I knew there engagement session would be such a blast but I wasn’t expecting how much detail and time Kennedy put into planning it! It was literally a dream come true.
Yes, you totally read that right! What started as a casual day trip to Philly in order to celebrate Emma’s birthday, turned into our public television debut! As I am sure you know, I am a huge shopaholic. Clothes, shoes, food, whatever you name I have way too much of. So it was only fitting that we started the celebrations shopping at Anthropologie in Philadelphia, PA! After money had been spent we walked outside just in time to see a pretty fancy camera crew walk by obviously in search of something.
This past year has been a huge one of growth and change. Some of that stemming from life experiences I didn’t expect to have, death and the completion of college which then led to “what now?” I feel like I am still finding out every day what works for me in the real world and what 100% does not. But what I do know and have learned is that in becoming the person I want to be, I had to surround myself with those like that and with inspiration.
I’ve always been the kind of photographer who loves to try new and out of the box things. I love to always photograph new and not the same ole same ole. So when I was setting up to photograph Abbey & Hondro I knew I and to pitch this idea to them!
Swimsuits, sunsets and such playful love. I couldn’t be more obsessed!
