When I revealed my rebrand, I knew that I wanted to start giving my clients gifts. Previously, I had always provided a USB box of their images and included a few cute additional items to make it memorable. But, I know how much I love giving and receiving gifts and wanted to make that apart of my upgraded client experience for 2021.
So I’m going to breakdown my two gift boxes and the places I purchased all the items included!
First up is my welcome box! This box is one of the first impressions couples have of me after being officially hired! A few mini champs (from my local liquor store that one of my grooms families actually owns, Drapers Liquors).
I then included these custom made wine glasses from Shelby Hart of Hart and Flora Shop (one of my absolute favorite etsy shops)!
Along with some personal and branded touches, such as this cute little “pop the cork” card from MOO and branded packaging tape from StickerMule.
This is just a fun (and pretty inexpensive) way for me to celebrate with my couples and let them know how much I appreciate them choosing me as their wedding photographer!
Next we have what could be the most important step in my client experience, the last impression. After the day has come and gone, I want my clients to have something to hold on to forever. While all my clients galleries are online, I also love including custom USB’s of their day for them to have an additional method of back up. Plus, these from USB Memory Direct just add the best personalized touch to help continue carrying my branding through the entire experience of working with me.
Along with the USB, I like to include this custom candle from In Love There’s Light. And custom hand towels from PBC Home as just a little practical gift and helping make their home feel even more special after becoming newlyweds.
As always, if you have any questions. Leave them in the comments section below!
