I had the pleasure of capturing Cara and Tyler’s Intimate rainy wedding day. Cara was a close friend of mine from high school so this one was extra special! They decided to say “I do” at Vanderwende Acres. This location perfectly encapsulated their love and commitment to each other. From the moment I arrived it was an unforgettable day full of love, laughter, and tears. Cara and Tyler’s story is a unique one. They’ve known each other since childhood, but it wasn’t until they reconnected later in life that things took off really fast. Their connection was immediate and undeniable. Within a year, Tyler proposed, and they both knew they were it for each other. Their love story is the kind that reminds us of the magic of love!

Intimate Rainy Wedding Day

Their wedding was not just a celebration of their love, but also a beautiful tribute to Tyler’s late father. His presence was felt throughout the day in the most heartwarming ways. Cara, the stunning bride, surprised Tyler with a picture of him on his tie – a touching gesture that brought tears to everyone’s eyes. Cara also surprised Tyler by leaving a chair with a photo of his late father on the front row. And the most moving of all, Tyler wore his father’s wedding band – the very same band his father used to marry his mother. The sentimental and personal touches throughout the day exemplified the strong bonds of family and the power of love.

The wedding day was as warm and colorful as Cara and Tyler’s love for each other, even with the rain falling softly outside. But the rain didn’t stop them; if anything, it added a sense of serenity and peace to the day. Everyone was all smiles, their happiness noticeable and contagious. Capturing Cara and Tyler’s wedding was an absolute joy! Their love for each other is so evident, and it was a privilege to be able to capture it. From the heartfelt vows to the fun-filled reception, every moment was a representation of their love.
