My Scottsdale Bachelorette Weekend: Poolside Brunches, Disco Nights & All the Love Florida Wedding Photographer

I don’t even know where to start. My Scottsdale Bachelorette weekend was everything I dreamed of and more. Sunshine, sisterhood, and the kind of love that makes you teary in the best way! It’s still wild to say it’s my turn to be the bride. But this weekend made it all feel so real. I wanted my bachelorette to feel like a brand trip. Relaxed, fun, and full of aesthetic little details, but my twin sister Laura (and the best matron of honor ever) had other plans. She surprised me with every single thing, from the decor to the itinerary, and it somehow turned into the best bach I’ve ever seen!

The Brunch, The Pool, and All the Sunshine Vibes

We arrived at the Airbnb in Scottsdale and I was immediately tucked away while the girls set up. When I finally got the “okay,” I walked out to the dreamiest setup. Think bright citrus tones, a sparkling pool, and my favorite people waiting with drinks in hand. We lounged all afternoon before dinner at Olive & Ivy, soaking up every bit of that Arizona glow.

But Friday was where the magic really hit. My girls completely outdid themselves, I walked outside to a surprise bridal brunch complete with Colbie Caillat playing, chicken and waffles, charcuterie, and a “Brooke’s Bubbly Bar” lined with mimosas and custom glasses. I’d opted out of a traditional bridal shower, so this was everything and more. The rest of the day was pure joy: pool lounging, tacos for dinner. And a night out that can only be described as beautifully chaotic, disposable cameras, whiskey row, and belly laughs I’ll never forget!

Slow Mornings, Sunset Hikes, and One Big Cry-Fest

Saturday was our chill day, or as chill as it gets for a Scottsdale Bachelorette weekend. My sister booked an in-house bartender through Cabana Boys (yes, a woman bartender, because she knows me so well), and we spent the day sipping cocktails and dancing by the pool. As the sun dipped, we threw on sneakers and raced up the mountain for a sunset that felt straight out of a movie. The night ended in pajamas, sushi, and Bachelorette Jeopardy, which might just be my new favorite tradition. Every little surprise, every thoughtful detail, every inside joke that turned into a full laugh attack, it all reminded me how lucky I am to be surrounded by these women. Laura truly went above and beyond, and the love they poured into this weekend is something I’ll never forget!

The Sweetest Start to My Bride Era

Brooke Michelle | Florida Wedding Photographer

If there’s one thing I’ll always remember from this Scottsdale Bachelorette weekend, it’s how loved I felt. Every laugh, every happy tear, every moment by the pool reminded me that these girls are my home. It wasn’t just a weekend of champagne and sunshine, it was the most beautiful celebration of friendship, sisterhood, and the start of this next chapter!
