This month has definitely been filled with more exploring and seeing the world outside my bedroom again. However, continuing to take precautions to stop the spread of Covid-19.

 

Early in the month Goli nutrition sent me these gummies to try out. They are the world’s first apple cider vinegar gummies and help with things like acid reflux and that lag of energy you feel after the gym. I have been taking them every morning on an empty stomach when I first wake up!

While safe at home, I have been making more time for tv shows and movies. Which is something I never really did before. I am not sure how but I could go months without watching any type of tv unless someone else brings it up or suggests it. So for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary on June 30th I bought him this mini portable projector that you can connect your phone to and stream movies. It’s been so fun to prop it up on the ceiling and just have what feels like an old drive in experience in the comfort of our home!

Along with these things, I have been trying to read more. I am an ennegram two, through and through, which means one of my downfalls is always being there for people and sometimes the wrong people. This book is something I would suggest to anyone in their 20’s or anyone who believes they always pick toxic relationships or friendships. Its such a great check in with yourself to make sure your decisions are fueled with what is best for you.

The book is called Safe People by Henry Cloud and John Townsend! You learn so much in just the first few chapters, its insane!
